Houses are decorated with spider webs and gigantic spiders, carved pumpkins and ghosts. Kids and adults alike are poring over fascinating costumes, from really cute to downright creepy. One of the main highlights of Halloween is candy. Everybody is buying all sorts of colorfully wrapped candy. Kids all over the country are awaiting this great day.<br /><br />Candy corn is a popular candy during the Halloween season. It’s a great substitute to the chocolate and lollipops. Candy corn is bright, comes in other variations (including pumpkin candy corn and harvest corn) and is just plain good. <br /><br />So remember to have fun this Halloween, don’t be greedy with the candy, and be sure to give out lots of it to the eager little Trick-or-Treaters!</p><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/105244653.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/105244653.jpg" alt="Halloween candy" border="0" /></a><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://www.finefoodphotography.com/">© www.finefoodphotography.com</a></div>Bochkarev Photographyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13238314676382720805noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1532186677887176276.post-60297075134577338732008-10-15T17:56:00.000-07:002008-10-15T18:16:41.686-07:00Lobster barbecue<p>Fine food means fine living, doesn’t it? Well, you don’t have to be a millionaire to enjoy a great night out with your close ones, and eat healthy, too! There’s got to be nothing better than a cool evening with family and friends enjoying nice, tender barbecue fresh off the grill and a glass of good wine.</p><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/104610437.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/104610437.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><div style="text-align: center;">Lobster tails are a great gourmet choice for a great dinner. When boiled, lobster loses some of its delicious flavor, but when grilled on a barbeque, lobster retains its fine flavor. A good marinade is key to an awesome taste, and don’t overcook the lobster!</div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/104610436.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/104610436.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://www.finefoodphotography.com/">© www.finefoodphotography.com</a></div>Bochkarev Photographyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13238314676382720805noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1532186677887176276.post-83890238802818092472008-10-08T19:54:00.000-07:002008-10-15T18:16:16.089-07:00For your next party<p> It used to be that figs counted as a desert fruits. But you would be surprised to find out how good honey figs are with hard salami. For your next party, make small bite canapes with soft cheese, salami, figs and parsley. </p><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/104284097.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/104284097.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><div style="text-align: center;">Serve it with a drink and your friends will be happy.</div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/104284066.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/104284066.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://www.finefoodphotography.com/">© www.finefoodphotography.com</a></div>Bochkarev Photographyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13238314676382720805noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1532186677887176276.post-77129819006526465672008-10-01T22:06:00.000-07:002008-10-01T22:20:58.880-07:00Pumpkin soup<p> Last weekend we went to Apple Hill, Ca. It’s a small place about 30 minutes drive from us. There is wonderful, crystal clean air, smells from many small markets that sell fresh apples, pears and homemade pies. No wonder we like to visit them in the fall.</p><p> Apple Hill is one of our favorite places to get pumpkins. Pumpkin patches are everywhere, and many people drive to there to pick them themselves. You should get up early to be on fields before the crowd arrives. Then, you can enjoy a beautiful view of wide space full of colorful pumpkins of different shapes, textures and colors.</p><p> Of course, we picked some pumpkins. Big and orange – these are for house decoration for Halloween. Ornamental gourds - for interior decoration and Thanksgiving table arrangement. Favorites – Buttermilk squash – are for great fall pumpkin hot soup.</p><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/103960969.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/103960969.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><p> Here is a photo of two bowls of hot, delicious pumpkin soup garnished with cream, roasted pumpkin seeds and fresh thyme.</p><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/103961145.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/103961145.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://www.finefoodphotography.com/">© www.finefoodphotography.com</a></div>Bochkarev Photographyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13238314676382720805noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1532186677887176276.post-21959446566817202792008-09-30T14:10:00.000-07:002008-09-30T15:32:53.425-07:00The beginning<div style="text-align: center;">Welcome to Eugene & Olga Bochkarev<br />Fine Food Photography!<br /><br />We're California based, family owned photography business.<br />We plan to share some ideas we have with everybody who enjoys fine food.<br /></div><br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/103785681.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://www.pbase.com/evgenyb/image/103785681.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><a href="http://www.finefoodphotography.com/">© www.finefoodphotography.com</a><br /></div>Bochkarev Photographyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13238314676382720805noreply@blogger.com0
